Port Security - Are We Missing the Boat??

She is built like a tank!
Complete with built in tri mount Stainless Steel hoisting cable.
With 161 cubic feet of flotation built into her hull design.
Hydraulic Steering just rebuilt by the original manufacturer and new custom rubber coated (Stainless Steel) Destroyer steering wheel.
New Radio (Standard Horizon Intrepid) & Antenna and New Duel Frequency (50kHz and 200kHz) Raytheon L265 Depth/Fish finder.
This boat can be documented, she is more than 5 net tons.

This boat was recently acquired from the U.S. Navy.
I had her hauled from her home port in Norfolk, Va. to Staten Island, New York for refitting.
Then I drove her from the outer bridge crossing to Jones Inlet on Long Island where she is presently docked.

If you look mid ship half way up you will see her mounted aboard the cruiser.

She formally served as the Captain's Boat aboard the USS Leyte Gulf (USS CG 55) guided missile cruiser.
